Hi, I’m Pam.
I’m a Registered Clinical Herbalist, digestive and hormone educator, and midlife mentor.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped women understand what their bodies are trying to say and given them clear, practical, natural tools to feel better. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I don’t believe midlife is a decline. I believe it’s a powerful shift. Your body is wise, and with the right support, it can feel balanced, resilient, and vibrant again.
My work blends
- Traditional Western herbalism
- Traditional Chinese Medicine energetics and herbs
- Nutritional and digestive support
- Nervous system regulation
- Mineral balancing (HTMA)
- Lifestyle shifts that feel doable in real life
I always look at the whole picture: hormones, digestion, stress, sleep, inflammation, minerals, and toxic burden so we can address true root causes while gently easing symptoms along the way.
My Story
My journey into herbal medicine began more than 30 years ago, unexpectedly, when I was stranded in a New York airport during a snowstorm. While waiting, I picked up a book on women’s health that completely changed how I saw my body. When I got home, I cleaned out my kitchen, questioned everything I’d been taught, and began studying herbal medicine in earnest.
Fast forward to my own journey through perimenopause and menopause. I applied everything I had learned over the years and found that, with the right herbal allies and support, the transition itself felt surprisingly manageable. When I officially reached the other side of menopause, I remember thinking, I made it! I’m done.
But I wasn’t.
Once post-menopausal, a series of chronic health issues quietly crept in – high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight gain, forgetfulness, loss of libido. I was honestly taken by surprise. I was doing “everything right.” How could this be happening?
That question changed my work — and my life.

I began diving deeper into how herbal medicine supports healthy aging, sexual vitality, metabolic health, and long-term resilience. I stopped chasing symptoms and started asking better questions. I learned how to truly support my body — not slap band-aids on it. And my health slowly started to turn around.
And that’s when women began coming to me asking for the same help.
Menopause does not end when your periods stop.
And it is far more than a loss of estrogen.
Many of the chronic symptoms women are told are “just aging” — fatigue, inflammation, weight changes, low libido, brain fog, metabolic shifts — are often part of the broader menopause picture. The messaging around this stage of life is deeply incomplete, and my mission is to change that.
Menopause is not a disease.
It is a powerful, natural transition.
With the right education and support, this phase of life can be one of clarity, strength, and freedom.
I also have extensive experience working with complex chronic conditions, including Lyme disease, co-infections, parasites, mold exposure, and chronic inflammatory patterns. This background allows me to recognize when unresolved infections, gut dysfunction, mineral depletion, or toxic burden may be complicating your health picture, especially during midlife and beyond.
Regardless of the symptom or diagnosis, supporting the foundational pillars of health — digestion, hormones, minerals, nervous system balance, and detox pathways — can remove long-standing obstacles to feeling your best.
